Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@goodhouseldn.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

There are exceptions to our refunds policy for certain items. This is not an exhaustive list, and these conditions do not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

For reasons of health and hygiene safety, we are unable to exchange or refund the following products once worn or once the packaging has been opened or damaged, unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose:

  1. Hats
  2. Hair accessories
  3. Eye masks 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 Made-to-order products

As some Good House London products are sold on a Made-To-Order basis, we cannot offer a return or refund if you change your mind or if the item/s does not fit. Each piece is carefully crafted and handmade once your order has been placed. A lot of time and care goes into making each piece, so please be considerate when placing your order.

Make sure to visit our size chart to make sure you match yourself to your correct size. If unsure please email info@goodhouseldn.com with any questions.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase we can recommend alterations services local to you, please email info@goodhouseldn.com within 7 days of delivery and a returns address will be provided to you.

For alterations and exchanges it will always be the customer’s responsibility to safely post items back to the studio with a trusted tracked service, this cost is not worked into the price of our garments and must be covered by you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns Shipping 
You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non - refundable. We recommend that you use a tracked or insured shipping service.
